SantaGate — Privacy Policy

SantaGate is a private gate access-control app used by the security staff of Santa Claus Resort. It is not a consumer service. Accounts are issued by the compound's administration; there is no public sign-up.
Who runs it
The app and its database are operated by the compound's administration. All data stays on that operator's own server; it is not sold, shared with advertisers, or sent to any third party.
What the app records
- Staff accounts — username, full name, role, the time of the last sign-in, and a password stored only as a cryptographic hash. The plain password is never stored, on the server or on the phone.
- Residents — unit number, owner and tenant names, mobile numbers, and tenants' national ID numbers. This is entered by the administration, not collected from residents through the app.
- Visits — arrival and departure times, number of people, car plate numbers, driver names, and any note the guard types.
- An activity log — which staff account made which change and when, with the request's IP address, so a record can be traced.
What is kept on the phone
- The session token, in the device keychain.
- A copy of the unit, owner and tenant list, so the gate still works during an internet outage.
- Gate actions recorded while offline, until they reach the server.
- A verifier derived from the staff member's password (PBKDF2), which allows signing in with no connection. It cannot be turned back into the password.
All of it is removed when the app is deleted.
What the app does not do
- No advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.
- No access to location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
- No data is used to track users across other apps or websites.
How it is protected
All traffic uses HTTPS. Sessions expire automatically. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt on the server. Offline access on a device expires after 30 days without contact with the server.
How long it is kept
Visit records and the activity log are retained by the administration for as long as they are needed for site security. Staff accounts are removed when a person leaves.
Residents' rights
Residents who want to know what is held about them, or want it corrected, should contact the compound administration, which controls this data.

«بوابة سانتا» تطبيق خاص للتحكم في دخول بوابة كمبوند سانتا كلوز، يستخدمه أفراد الأمن فقط. ليس خدمة عامة، والحسابات تُنشئها إدارة الكمبوند ولا يوجد تسجيل ذاتي.
من يُشغّله
تدير التطبيق وقاعدة بياناته إدارة الكمبوند. تبقى كل البيانات على خادم الإدارة نفسه، ولا تُباع ولا تُشارَك مع معلنين ولا تُرسَل إلى أي طرف ثالث.
ما الذي يُسجَّل
- حسابات الموظفين — اسم المستخدم والاسم الكامل والصلاحية ووقت آخر دخول، وكلمة المرور مخزَّنة كبصمة مشفَّرة فقط. لا تُحفظ كلمة المرور نصًّا لا على الخادم ولا على الهاتف.
- بيانات السكان — رقم الوحدة وأسماء المُلّاك والمستأجرين وأرقام الهواتف والرقم القومي للمستأجرين. تُدخلها الإدارة ولا تُجمع من السكان عبر التطبيق.
- الزيارات — وقت الدخول والخروج وعدد الأشخاص وأرقام السيارات وأسماء السائقين وأي ملاحظة يكتبها الحارس.
- سجل العمليات — أي حساب أجرى أي تغيير ومتى، مع عنوان IP للطلب، حتى يمكن تتبُّع أي قيد.
ما الذي يُحفظ على الهاتف
- رمز الجلسة، داخل مخزن المفاتيح الآمن بالجهاز.
- نسخة من قوائم الوحدات والمُلّاك والمستأجرين، ليظل العمل ممكنًا عند انقطاع الإنترنت.
- عمليات البوابة المسجَّلة بدون اتصال، حتى تصل إلى الخادم.
- قيمة مشتقَّة من كلمة مرور الموظف (PBKDF2) تتيح الدخول بدون اتصال، ولا يمكن إرجاعها إلى كلمة المرور.
يُحذف كل ذلك عند حذف التطبيق.
ما لا يفعله التطبيق
- لا إعلانات ولا تحليلات ولا تتبُّع ولا أدوات من أطراف أخرى.
- لا وصول إلى الموقع الجغرافي أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور.
- لا تُستخدم أي بيانات لتتبُّع المستخدمين عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.
الحماية
كل الاتصالات عبر HTTPS. تنتهي الجلسات تلقائيًا. كلمات المرور مُجزَّأة بخوارزمية bcrypt على الخادم. وتنتهي صلاحية العمل بدون اتصال على أي جهاز بعد ٣٠ يومًا دون اتصال بالخادم.
مدة الاحتفاظ
تحتفظ الإدارة بسجلات الزيارات وسجل العمليات للمدة اللازمة لأمن الموقع، وتُحذف حسابات الموظفين عند انتهاء عملهم.
